Hi! I got into backpacking in the 90s, when I lived in Seattle with easy access to the Cascade and Olympic Ranges. I've hiked the Presidential Range since coming back East, but haven't climbed since coming to New York. Help! I've got a tent and gear
Wow. I'm no Wallace Stegner. They all seem to come out as "My friends and I climbed up and down some mountains. Occasionally we slept." Maybe I'll try this again later.
No -- I have Red Cross first aid & CPR, so once we get to a defribillator...
Well. I've definitely had to break the ice off my tent in the morning. I'd guess I'd been out between 10 and 20 degrees Fahrenheit, maybe a little less.
I love seeing Marmots.
Does Pinot Noir count?
There are a lot of trips, and it's an active engaged group..

"All right, I'm committing. No Gigi, though. And Happy Birthday. Mike!"
"Well, it's our due date, but I'm supporting Brooklyn"
"If Popp picks me up."
