Introduction
I love being immersed in nature and backpacking. I would love to meet some like minded people and bound as we resstore our souls.
Tell us about one of your favorite outdoor adventures.
Camping with my husband when we were college students and having time to do day hikes, set up a pop tent and enjoy the woods.
Do you have current Wilderness First Aid training? If not, would you be interested in getting this certification?
Sure I would be interested in getting certified.
Are you a 4-season backpacker? What's the coldest temperature you've slept outdoor in.
No I have never camped early in the season or in the winter.
What's your favorite/least favorite 'critter' in the outdoors?
I love to see all of the small critters scampering along the trails and in the woods. I don't have a problem with bugs or spiders. I guess my least favorite would be a beare if I was on the path alone.
What's your favorite snack food on the trail?
an apple because it is a good way to get a bit of liquid on the go.
